DEVEX.COM
If you’re looking to break into or grow in the humanitarian and international development world, Devex is a go-to platform. They’ve got a massive job board with NGOs, donors, and consultancies worldwide. You can browse some things for free, but to really dig into the listings you’ll need a paid plan that starts at $19/month. I’ve personally subscribed before, and it was absolutely worth it. You're able to filter by experience-level, which is a MUST as junior roles are hard to come by. There are also articles published regularly on leading sector news!
ReliefWeb.com
Run by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, ReliefWeb is hands down one of the best resources for humanitarian and development jobs. It’s updated constantly with openings from NGOs, the UN system, and international organizations around the world. I’ve relied on it often in my own searches, and it’s actually how I landed my first job! The site makes it easy to filter by region, organization type, and job category, which is a lifesaver when you’re looking for specific roles. On top of jobs, ReliefWeb also shares reports, news, and guidance on humanitarian trends, so it’s a great way to stay informed while you’re building your career.
